Located on the shores of Lake Norman, this modern residence was designed in close collaboration with Vellum Architecture + Design to create a seamless integration between architecture and landscape. The site plan emphasizes fluid transitions from interior to exterior spaces, enhancing both function and experience. Key elements include a refined arrival court, a sculpture garden anchored by a custom reflective water feature that forms a dramatic threshold to the main entrance, and expansive kitchen and living terraces featuring a custom fire element. A pool cabana and infinity-edge pool with integrated spa create a striking visual connection between the lake and water features, reinforcing the home's strong relationship to its waterfront setting.
