The NEOC Activity Center was designed as the ‘base camp’ for a multitude of recreation activities. Spaces were designed to house equipment and create gathering spaces and staging for rafting, mountain biking, hiking, cross country skiing, and snowmobiling. A brewery and pizza oven also help to activate the indoor and outdoor spaces.
