Villages Master Plan

Little Falls South Windham is two villages and one community. Bisected by the Windham-Gorham Town Line the community shares a common thread at the banks of the Presumpscot River. AKLA partnered with Northstar Planning to provide a Master Plan rich with maps, analysis, and sketch plan ideas for the revitalization of various spaces throughout the Master Plan Document. Every Thursday evening throughout the summer AKLA and Northstar Planning attended community Food Truck events to share ideas, visuals, and gather citizen input for the final document.
