Bar Harbor Housing

We collaborated with a multi-disciplinary team and corporate-institutional client over the course of more than two years to carefully analyze and select an appropriate site for the housing. Our role included environmental analysis of more than 30 acres of sensitive, rolling, wooded terrain, master planning, site layout, permitting assistance, and final construction documentation and administration. The project brings 24 new homes and small courtyard to this special landscape. Landscape design included selection of native plants to complement the surrounding natural flora and warm contemporary site furnishings and materials.
