Shadow Mountain is an existing townhome complex located next to the iconic Lift 1A in Aspen, Colorado. The townhome master plan was in need of a redesign and the buildings were in need of an architectural skin replacement. AKLA redesigned the circulation within existing and stringent spatial constraints and also designed some new outdoor amenities for the residents such as outdoor grill space, fire feature, pool deck, signage, entry monument, and collaboration for lighting.
