AKLA provided master planning, site design, and landscape architectural services for the development of this 50-unit affordable housing project along Little Dolphin Drive in Scarborough. Working with the South Portland Housing Authority and consultant team, AKLA oversaw the implementation of more than 15,000sf of community space including entry courtyard, gardens, back terrace, game lawn, and ample seating.
