Broken Compass

Broken Compass is a multi-disciplinary collaboration across regions to deliver an innovative housing and mixed-use community to the former Breckenridge, Colorado airport. The scheme envisions a 10,000 sf brewery as the central hub for a new, walkable, mixed housing and commercial neighborhood built around the concept of flexible maker-spaces, live-work studios, and energy efficient homes.
